    JOB SUMMARY...

    This person will be involved with helping implement best-practices and improved efficiencies. We are looking for someone that has a positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to change, is looking for a challenge, and is excited to grow into this role.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO...

    • Adhere to the Core Values Platform and Policies and Procedures Manual
    • Prepare weekly Scorecard to monitor and report financial activity to management
    • Oversee inventory management and controls processes for the Company
    • Service internal mortgage loans
    • Review and record third-party servicer reports
    • Review and record Campspot revenue
    • Post GPR monthly
    • Cash management
    • Manage utilities
    • Process ePay monthly
    • Assist in payroll processing and reporting
    • Manage accounting team
    • Assist field staff with invoice coding as needed
    • Manage employee petty cash accounts and charges for assigned properties
    • Manage company credit card accounts
    • Reconcile intercompany accounts and process bill backs
    • Reconcile GL and book-correcting entries
    • Reconcile bank accounts on a weekly basis
    • Reconcile loan statements
    • Review aged AP and submit open AP reports
    • Process payments to vendors
    • Review AR and submit AR reports to the field
    • Set up new vendors
    • Calculate and book monthly management fees
    • Assist in budget preparation
    • Process tax forms (1098, 1099)
    • Assist with creating process & procedures documentation
    • Assist Controller as needed

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Developed analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with MS Office-Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Advanced Excel experience is highly desired
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Good organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Physical Activities: Constantly sit, use hands, talk or hear
    • Lifting Requirements: Up to 10 lbs.
