Performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process to include robotic and automated systems.
Maintain facility equipment, building and utility systems such as steam, chillers, and water, air and gas lines. This position will train on day shift - 7:00am-7:30pm, on the 2.2.3 schedule and then transition to nights 7:30pm-7:30am.Salary Range:
Depends on ExperienceEssential Duties:
Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility.
Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various electrical components and systems.
Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc.
Utilize maintenance trades and components such as welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Interpreting and understanding electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals.Monitor/maintain facility equipment such as, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, chillers.
Documenting completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary.
Perform advanced troubleshooting with minimum supervision and provide work training to less experienced maintenance staff or production associates.
Interacting occasionally with external vendors, peers, and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment.
Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Aid in building security, operate alarm and fire protection systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be available to work OT when operationally necessary.
Responsible for the welding of steel modules using MIG welding equipment/techniques. Both structural and non-structural welds.
Additional types of projects may include - cutting, laying, and button up.
Must have the ability to operate equipment, including but not limited to material handling (forklift if required), hand tools, welding machine, welding gas, semi-automated machinery, measuring, and computer.
Must be able work the required assigned shifts, day and/or evenings and weekends.Additional Duties:

Requirements Welding certification for both overhead and vertical welding or previous experience and the ability to pass a certification test within 90 days of being assigned the position.

The Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift push, pull, and carry 25 pounds frequently.

Work Schedule:
