    Job Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at BidFTA, a rapidly growing online auction marketplace. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process raw products for shipment to Auction Pickup Centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to BidFTA policies and procedures.
    • Unload trailers of raw goods, scan barcodes into our tracking system software using an iPad, and stack items on pallets with precision.
    • Wrap pallets with stretch wrap, move finished pallets to designated areas using a pallet jack or forklift (after certification), and perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Friendly and helpful demeanor.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team environment.
    • 18 years of age or older.
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
    • Proven history of strong work ethic and willingness to learn new things.
    • Adaptability to change and technological literacy, with experience using an IOS device (iPad) a plus but not required.
