- Shadow the agency owner to gain insights into agency operations, including marketing strategies, client retention techniques, and staff management.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Take the initiative to learn about different aspects of agency management, such as underwriting, claims processing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the agency owner to develop a roadmap for career advancement and ownership transition.
- Proactively seek opportunities to contribute ideas and suggestions for improving agency performance and efficiency.

Job DescriptionJoin our team at Farmers Insurance - Kyle Campbell Agency, a thriving insurance agency committed to excellence and driven by a passion for helping clients protect what matters most. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a trainee in our Agency Accelerator Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only excel in sales but also gain hands-on experience in agency operations, with the ultimate goal of progressing into agency ownership.
In addition to your day-to-day sales responsibilities, you will work closely with the agency's owner to learn the ins and outs of running a successful agency. This role is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to eventually transition into agency ownership.
