Job Title: Clinical Director of Telehealth

Are you ready to be a part of GRC's innovative telehealth program?

Gateway Rehab Center is seeking an experienced and visionary clinical leader to shape and expand our telehealth care programs. As a key member of our team, you will leverage innovative technology to enhance access to life-changing treatment, making a profound impact on our patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develops, plans, and implements procedures to assess and improve the quality of the Telehealth provider treatment programs.
Monitors Telehealth census daily with the goal of meeting or exceeding average daily census projections.
Monitors average length of stay, Psych and MOUD monthly referrals with the goal of meeting or exceeding KVI projections for services and billable units.

Requirements:

Master's degree in a field that meets Pennsylvania State Department of Health staffing qualification regulations.
At least 2 years' experience in a human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol professional setting and Telehealth Hybrid experience.
At least 2 years Clinical supervisory experience in mental health, behavior health, drug and alcohol professional settings.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
