    The opportunity


    Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Food Safety Supervisors to join our team at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri.

    As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will implement and document internal controls focusing on the safety of food products at Busch Stadium.

    You will help ensure that all food safety procedures are followed to keep our team members and guests safe.

    What will you do?

    Oversee the quality and food safety programs, including implementation, training team members, and documentation.
    Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for each event
    Perform the calibration of recording and measuring equipment
    More about you

    No college degree required
    Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food safety industry
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    Physical requirements

    Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
    Standing and walking for long periods of time
