    SALT Dental Partners is seeking a highly experienced Director of HR to lead our HR team and drive human resources initiatives across our multi-location dental service organization. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and processes that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will execute in all aspects of HR, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance. You will support multi-site dental practices, along with doctors, practice managers, and team members in the various states SALT operates. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing guidance and support on HR matters. This position will report directly to the CHRO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance
    • Develop and implement HR processes, strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
    • Administer and work with HRIS systems (ADP) and coordinate with payroll
    • Partner with leadership and team members to provide strategic HR guidance and support
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
    • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
    • Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs
    • Handle employee relations issues and investigations
    • Manage the annual performance review process

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
    • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field; Master's degree preferred
    • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is strongly preferred
    • Position will be located at our Home Support Office in Phoenix, AZ – 5 days a week
    • Prior experience with HRIS/people system and prior experience partnering with Payroll
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Proven ability to develop and implement HR processes, strategies and initiatives
    • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Highly detailed and with a track record of producing high-quality work
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
