- We are seeking a full-time General Cleaner / Custodian to perform janitorial services at the Orville and Wilbur Wright Federal Buildings.
- This will include but not limited to, cleaning floors, carpets and rugs; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, shower rooms and locker rooms; cleaning and dusting fixtures, surfaces, blinds, and walls; washing windows; collecting, removing, and transporting trash, solid waste and recyclables to designated locations; perform pest control; etc.
- Provide exterior custodial services, including but not limited to, landscaping, parking lots and grounds maintenance; snow and ice removal; etc.
- Ability to complete and pass the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Basic Custodial Technician certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Ability to complete and obtain the CMI Advanced Custodial Technician Certification within the first 6 months of employment.
