Community Physician Network is seeking a team-oriented & skilled Non-Invasive Cardiologist who is motivated to make a difference in their community.

Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.
Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 46 Cardiologists, 4 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.
Fully integrated advanced program offering all services with the exception of transplantation
American Board of Cardiology certification
Indiana medical license will be required
Interest in stress testing & echo/TEE
Shared General Cardiology 1:5 call
