    Description:

    The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. This role involves managing advertising budgets, implementing targeting strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to maximize return on investment (ROI). The Paid Media Manager plays a key role in expanding our brand reach and driving revenue growth through paid media initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals, target audience insights, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion across digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic display.
    2. Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and launch paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Develop ad creatives, ad copy, and recommend landing pages optimizations for conversions. Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
    3. Budget Planning and Optimization: Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes within allocated resources. Conduct ongoing performance analysis and optimization to improve campaign efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    4. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize audience targeting tools and segmentation strategies to reach the most relevant and high-value audiences. Utilize audience personas and conduct market research to refine targeting criteria and optimize campaign performance.
    5. Ad Creative Testing: Implement A/B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad creatives, messaging, and formats. Analyze test results to identify top-performing variations and iterate on creative strategies for continuous improvement.
    6. Performance Reporting: Keep your finger on the pulse on campaign performance, including KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and performance trends.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
    • Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok for Business.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook, and other relevant advertising platforms.
    • Experience with ad tech platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad verification tools.
    • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid media channels and advertising technologies. The Paid Media Manager will play a critical role in driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and optimizing campaign performance to achieve company revenue targets.
