    General Summary: The People and Culture team is looking for a dynamic P&C Generalist to our growing team. A successful candidate will have direct experience with supporting the People and Culture team with training and development, employee engagement, employee file administration, benefits administration. Key responsibilities include administering training, annual review processes, supporting employee benefit queries and addressing employee policy concerns.

    Primary Responsibilities and Competencies:

    • Utilize People Ops analytics to drive data-driven solutions, focusing on performance and effectiveness.
    • Prioritize enhancing the candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience in alignment with Anew's mission, vision, and values.
    • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of employee policies, actively seeking opportunities for policy and procedure enhancements.
    • Oversee human resources plans for all company employees.
    • Manage Anew's compensation program.
    • Spearhead the onboarding process
    • Lead offboarding procedures.
    • Maintain employee data integrity within Bambo HR.
    • Coordinate the launch of performance reviews and guide employees through the process using Culture Amp.
    • Initiate and oversee employee engagement surveys.
    • Utilize and manage benefit vendor portals, offering resolution to employee concerns regarding benefits.
    • Maintain employee records and provide administrative documentation support within a Sharedrive environment.
    • Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed

    Required Education, Experience and Certification:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
    • Knowledge of multi-US states and US Federal employment and labor laws
    • Ability to work on-site 3 days per week
    • Experience with performance management software and training software
    • Onboarding experience
