    Position Summary

    As a Marketing, Launch, Portfolio Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing excellence, optimizing product launches, and managing portfolio performance. This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for achieving outstanding results. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance marketing strategies, ensure successful product launches, and maximize the performance of our product portfolio.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Marketing Excellence:

    • Support to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, growth, and revenue growth.
    • Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the VPs on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Lead efforts to optimize marketing budgets and resource allocation for maximum ROI.

    2. Launch Excellence:

    • Manage and oversee the end-to-end product launch process, from ideation to post-launch analysis.
    • Develop detailed launch plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches.
    • Identify potential launch risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
    • Conduct post-launch evaluations to analyze performance and make data-driven recommendations for future launches.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product launch strategies.

    3. Portfolio Excellence:

    • Assess the performance of the product portfolio, analyzing sales, market share, and profitability.
    • Collaborate with product management to make data-driven decisions regarding product enhancements, discontinuations, or expansions.
    • Develop and execute strategies to optimize the portfolio mix, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
    • Support to Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue and profitability for each product in the portfolio.
    • Work closely with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell and promote the product portfolio.
    • Monitor and report on portfolio performance and make strategic adjustments as needed.

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution.
    • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
    • Knowledge of product launch best practices.
    • Experience in portfolio management and optimization.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
    • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in business excellence, marketing excellence, portfolio performance
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Relevant certifications in marketing, project management, or related fields.
    • Data Visualization Tools: experience in advanced data representations with tools like Power BI.
    • Statistical Analysis Software: Perform advanced statistical analysis using R or Python.
    • Data Manipulation Tools: Clean and transform data with software like Excel
    • Machine Learning Frameworks: Develop machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning.
    • Location Intelligence: Utilize spatial data analysis and mapping tools to extract insights from location-based data.
