    Job Description

    The Director of Nursing (RN) has overall responsibility for ensuring proper administration of medications used in the treatment program complies with the clinic policy, Federal and State Laws and Regulations, and accreditation requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the Medication room is in full compliance with all Clinic Policies, Federal and State Laws and Regulations.
    • Establish Nursing Practice Standards consistent with appropriate regulations.
    • Responsible for training, evaluation, and retention of nursing staff.
    • Schedule nursing staff to meet client needs and regulatory and budgetary standards. Fill in for nursing staff, including weekends.
    • Ensure medical records are in compliance.
    • Be proficient with State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR, and HIPAA standards and Company policies.

    Estimated Salary Range:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
