    Description:

    ABOUT THE ROLE
    The Dozer Operator operates a variety of equipment and performs multiple job functions in support of
    production operations.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
    Operates a variety of heavy and light equipment and machines to create finished products.
    May feed materials into machines, and transfer material from one location to another
    Conducts pre and post-trip inspections, identifying malfunctions and items in need of repair
    May perform light maintenance
    May assist with loading of the rail cars
    Assists in keeping the work area clean and organized
    Attends and participates in safety toolbox talks, and other employee meetings/events
    Reports near misses or other safety incidents or accidents promptly, and in accordance with proper
    procedures.
    Adheres to all environmental and safety regulations


    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Education:

    High School diploma/GED Work Experience:
    A minimum of three (3) years of experience operating a haul truck, bobcat, dozer and forklift.
    Experience in light maintenance to include electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.

    Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.

    Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
    Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved
    Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.

    Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
