- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions of finished parts.
- Assemble and inspect components to ensure proper fit and function.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Minimum 2-year previous CNC Machine Operator Experience Required
- Tsugami, Haas, Okuma, or any Swiss style machines.
- Mechanical drawings and read blueprints.
- read/use manual micrometers and calipers in inch measurements.
- Proficient in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines.
- Maintain organizational, safety, and cleaning protocols.
- Complete additional tasks and duties required by supervisor.
- Must pass Background and Drug Screen requirements.
- Scheduling Availability: Friday - Sunday
- First Shift: 6:15 AM - 6:15 PM
- Second Shift: 6:15 PM - 6:15 AM
