    Why are we hiring a payroll processor I?

    Doyle HCM is a human resources and payroll company that has set out to help businesses get to the next level by easing compliance burdens and providing HR expertise. We need an organized, accurate, and detail-oriented payroll processor to get payroll done accurately and on time every pay periodwithout fail.

    What you will be doing:
    • Reviewing time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
    • Processing paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
    • Computing salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and net pay.
    • Recording employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records and ensure that all employees are classified properly
    • Providing high-quality customer service by helping clients prioritize their needs and ensuring you solve their problems in a timely manner.
    Pay Rate: $18-21/hr

    Required Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preferred Education and Experience
    • Associates degree.
    • Related work experience in practicing payroll*.
      *Practicing payroll is defined as direct or related involvement in at least one of the following: Payroll Production, Payroll Reporting, Payroll Accounting, Payroll Systems, and Payroll Taxation; Payroll Administration; Payroll Education/Consulting.

    Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full-time on-site position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM EST. Overtime and weekends may be required during necessary key periods in order to meet deadlines, or when Doyle HCM is dealing with unpredictable increases in workload.
