    The Employer Lifecycle Director is an individual contributor that leads RiseKit's work with employers by finding, providing value, perfecting operations and upgrading employer contracts.

    As an Recruiter Manager (Employer Success Director) you will:


    Lead employer department, ensure client success, always have a pipeline of candidates for clients, build relationships, manage a team, delegate recruitment marketing, and build a pipeline of business.

    Own enterprise sales outreach to fortune 500 employers and support the full lifecycle sales from outreach to expansion to renewal.

    Grow our channel partnerships and secure new business

    Work cross-functionally with other RiseKit teams to deliver a valuable experience to our free employer customer base to increase free-to-paid conversions.

    Lead establishing our internal operations and process to support customers across their lifecycle, particularly as the company accelerators growth.
    Lead growing the employer success and sales team
    Collaborate with RiseKit's marketing team to develop and deliver a digital ad strategy to attract jobs seekers.
    Be a critical part of our growth from today to $10mm ARR to $100M ARR.

    You are a strong fit for this role if you:


    You have 2-5 years experience in an early stage startup or high-growth B2B or B2C technology company, preferably pre-series A or earlier.

    Are familiar with Talent Acquisition and Recruiting
    Have experience closing enterprise sales deals, preferred experience selling B2B software to HR Teams at Fortune 500 companies
    Have success scaling sales and/or customer success team and operations during high growth periods (e.g. $1M ARR to $10M ARR).
    Have strong relationship-building skills and consultative sales abilities
    Are self-motivated, driven, and possess leadership qualities
    Are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
    Have extremely strong organizational skills.
    Have prior experience with Hubspot is a plus.
    Are open to feedback and coaching.
