    About The Role

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Ops Engineer to join and lead our healthcare-focused technology team. As an IT Ops Engineer in the healthcare industry, you will be an integral part of developing cutting-edge software solutions that contribute to improving patient care, streamlining healthcare operations, and ensuring data security and compliance. Your work will directly impact the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients and providers.

    Responsibilities

    • New Office Setup
    • Travel to newly acquired clinics in US (25% travel) and perform on-site network setup and configuration.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve network-related issues.
    • Set up and configure the Wi-Fi network, including access points, for seamless wireless connectivity.
    • Deploy and configure phone systems for efficient communication within the clinic.
    • Install and configure equipment such as printers and other peripherals.
    • Microsoft Office 365 Management:
    • Administer and manage our Office 365 account, including email subsystems and user access.
    • Monitor and optimize email and collaboration services for performance and security.
    • Migrate company data and services from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365.
    • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Lead the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up laptops, creating Office 365 accounts, and granting access to necessary tools and resources.
    • Ensure the offboarding process is completed efficiently when employees leave the company, including revoking access and securing company assets.
    • Help Desk Support:
    • Configure and deploy new laptops and desktops for employees.
    • Receive and manage help desk tickets, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
    • Endpoint Security:
    • Implement and manage endpoint security measures for all laptops and phones.
    • provisioned globally, including antivirus software, encryption, and regular security updates.
    • Perform regular security assessments and audits on endpoints to verify their compliance with security policies.
    • Ensure that all endpoints have appropriate security configurations and are patched against known vulnerabilities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in IT infra management, including network configuration, hardware, and software.
    • Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and server administration.
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
    • Understanding of IT security principles, cybersecurity readiness, and best practices.
    • Experience with server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
    • Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other IT frameworks.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
    • Experience in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
    • Knowledge of VPNs, VLANs, and network security.
    • Ability to monitor system performance and diagnose issues.
    • Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve IT incidents.
    • Strong documentation skills for maintaining records and procedures
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, IT colleagues, and vendors.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, projects, and IT initiatives.
    • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA.
    • Customer Service: A customer-centric approach to providing IT support and services.
    • Willingness and ability to travel for on-site support or setup tasks for up to 25% of the time.

    Additional Information

    The expected base pay for this role will be between US $75,000 – US $95,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined individually and impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.

    We would like candidates to work in US hours at the beginning with potentially Pakistan hours coming in near future.
