Job Summary:

Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures while ensuring smooth operations and production of parts that meet efficiency and customer requirements.

Working with Makino, DMG Mori, Doosan CNC Machining. we also have 5 robotic cells.
We have career path options to go from Machine Operator to Shop Lead and everything in-between.


Pay Rate:
$19-$30 per hour, based on experience.

Accelerated pay rates and shift premiums for 2nd and weekend shiftsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and unload castings onto fixtures in machinesPerform quality inspection checks to ensure parts are in conformance with customer specificationsPerform tooling changes as neededMaintain accurate documentation of recordsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentFollow detailed work instructionsDeburr machined parts with the use of power hand toolsBasic reading and interpreting of blue printsComply with all OSHA regulations, report safety issues and use proper PPECommunicate effectively with team members, supervisors, production control, engineers, and Operations ManagerWork independently within timed deadlinesAdditional duties as requiredRequirements

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent0-3 years' experience in an industrial CNC machining environment operating vertical and horizontal milling machinesBasic blueprint readingBasic math skills specifically with fractions and decimalsMechanical aptitude with good physical dexterityAbility to use various holders such as cutters on shell mill and shrink fit.

Ability to decipher various tooling such as cutter and engraverPrevious experience using inspection equipment to confirm part qualityAttention to detailBasic computer skillsPhysical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, bend and reach above shoulders.

The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move from 10 pounds to 70 pounds unassisted. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in the typical conditions of a manufacturing environment including seasonal variation in temperatures.

The employee must comply with PPE requirements including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing and shields for required tasks and steel toed safety shoes.

Salary Description $18-$30 per hour
