    At Anduril in Atlanta we are developing unmanned aerial systems capable of terminal guidance, long range intelligence collection, precision navigation, and unsupervised autonomy. Altius platforms are built to operate in remote environments with limited user input, driving requirements for reliability and autonomy. These projects will be diverse in nature and require you to leverage your technical expertise to ensure that our systems work how and when they are supposed to. The ability to leverage your intuition and prior experience in programmatic level decision will play a key component in making sure the right design/analysis/ and test steps are being completed to ensure success without simply completing steps for the sake of the process that don't add value.
    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will be responsible for tracking requirements through the entire system development lifecycle.
    • You will assist with implementing sector wide system engineering initiatives.
    • You will be responsible for requirements analysis, verification, test case generation, integrating and troubleshooting.
    • You will be a systems engineer who interfaces with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
    • You will develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs and work closely with functional areas to ensure artifacts are complete and accurate.
    • This role will be critical proving that Anduril offers real Systems Engineering capabilities.


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Familiarity with model-based engineering
    • B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field
    • 2+ years Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle. The more, the better
    • Experience with Requirements Elicitation and Management, Integration, and Test Activities on complex systems - UAS, DoD Weapon Systems, Space Systems, etc...
    • Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex systems
    • Able to create, communicate and execute a project plan
    • Must be able to obtain and hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience performing risk, hazard, and fault-tree analysis on complex systems
    • Experience working on systems utilizing sensor technology
    • Proficient with developing test system specifications and performing analysis to design/fabricate a test system hardware architecture
    • Experience developing various model based system engineering artifacts - Operational Viewpoints, System Viewpoints, activity diagrams, use case diagrams, BDDs, IBDs, parametric diagrams, etc...
    • Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar systems engineering software (Rhapsody, SparxEA, etc...).
    • Experience with Digital Engineering workflows and Integrated Modeling Environments (i.e. Teamwork Cloud)Mission Modeling experience. For example, working knowledge of OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Integrated Fire Control missions
    • Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP, or similar.
    • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) Certification


    US Salary Range

    $102,000—$153,000 USD



    The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
