Description

KETRON is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and determination. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are a leading force in the market. This role involves mastering our customer service processes for 2,000 existing clients, nurturing these relationships, and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them in these tasks. As you excel in your responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to progress to the position of Agency Director.

This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervise team activity and drive results
Train and develop new team members on established systems
Provide daily reports on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
Proven time management abilities, meeting deadlines consistently
Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
Effective prioritization and delegation skills
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment

Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

Licensing Requirements:

Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clear background check and personal transportation are necessary
45-day evaluation period before promotion
