    Due to recent growth, we are seeking a to hire a Professional Engineer (Civil) to join our team to assist in sealing documents.

    Responsibilities:


    Act as PE for organization business licensing purposesReview civil plansReview testing reports and photo documentationSeal/Certify stormwater facility installation as-builtsSeal/Certify stormwater maintenance reportsSeal/Certify performance bond reduction applicationsSeal/Certify other civil related documents as neededQualifications:Licensed P.E., huge if a P.E.

    in VA, DC and MD or willingness to become a P.E. in VA, MD and DC. Ideally have a P.E.

    (or willing to obtain) in all of the following states:
    DCMDVAWVPANCDEMust be legal to work for any U.S. Employer (i.e., citizenship, green card holder etc.)

    No sponsorships will be offered for this full time position.
    Minimum of 1-year experience in either civil design/engineering, transportation planning/engineering, geotechnical engineering or civil construction/materials testing, or some other design related discipline associated with land development or real estate development projectsBasic understanding of or desire to learn the basics of how the land development design process worksExperience in land development projects (to some capacity) is highly preferredCompensation:
