    Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor


    Buffalo Center


    is looking for motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY. This role involves overseeing nursing units and serving as a mentor for the nurses in those units.

    The perfect candidate will bring 3 years of prior experience in Long Term Care and as a Charge Nurse, along with a fantastic positive attitude. The ideal candidate should also be willing to work every other weekend.


    Duties Include:

    • Manage resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
    • Create a compassionate environment by offering support to residents and their families
    • Provide information to residents and staff by addressing questions and requests
    • Establish a safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulations
    • Promote resident confidence by overseeing the processing of confidential information
    • Handle documentation of resident care services
    • Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

    Requirements:

    • Must have a valid NYS RN license
    • Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
    • Effective and positive Team Director for all staff members
    • Familiarity with EHR and E-prescribing programs
    • Strong communication skills
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Availability to work every other weekend
