Job summary:
The Engineer Level 1 is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and carrying out the preventive maintenance program on the hotel's heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Essential duties include making repairs to hotel air-conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors.
