- Participating in on-call duties after business hours on a rotational basis with fellow managers
- Plus other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in property management would be a plus
- Proficiency in computer systems and technology, including social media and internet platforms
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations governing property management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems proactively
- Basic knowledge of The Villages and its amenities
- Physical capabilities to bend repeatedly and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
