    Our client, located in
    Tarrytown, NY, is a prominent player in the Manufacturing space

    Teaming up with CFS, they're seeking a
    Staff Accountant to bolster their dynamic accounting and operations team.

    Take charge of day-to-day tasks, overseeing payroll and accounts payable functions. Work closely with sales and operations to optimize procedures as we grow. This is a highly visible role, offering direct engagement with the leadership team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-growing environment, this is the role for you


    Responsibilities include:

    Assisting with daily accounting operations, including:

    • Month and year-end closing
    • Accounts payable/receivable
    • Cash handling
    • Payroll
    • Expense reconciliation
    • Executing check runs

    We're seeking candidates with:

    • At least one year of proven accounting experience, particularly in general ledger tasks.
    • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Desktop Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
    • A solid grasp of accounting principles
    • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
