- Perform medication administration as assigned by and under the supervision of a nurse.
- Inform clinical supervisor of changes in clients conditions.
- Document care given, observations and treatments.
- Comply with policies and procedures of facility.
- Ensure that facility and clients equipment, supplies and belongings are safeguarded.
- Taking and recording BP, temperature, pulse and respiration.
- Maintaining clean and safe environment for clients.
- Ensure and protect clients rights and maintain confidentiality.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current CNA certificate from state in which you are practicing.
- Current medication aide certificate from state in which you are practicing.
- Minimum one year experience as Certified Medication Aide in supervised setting within past three (3) years.
