- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in workforce development.
- Experience with refugee and immigrant populations desired.
- Skills in relationship-building, multi-cultural communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of languages like Swahili and French is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
- Combination of office, remote work, and field time.
