- Maintaining and improving monitoring techniques

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

About the Position:
The Actuarial Analyst II role involves supporting Oscar's monitoring, trending, and forecasting processes for various Affordable Care Act (ACA) markets. You will collaborate closely with the Utilization Management team, offering insights on utilization patterns within a dynamic ACA portfolio. Responsibilities also include overseeing modeling for member-focused programs, identifying financial risks, and ensuring comprehensive reporting to align data insights with different teams throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the Director, Actuarial.
Work Setting:
Oscar offers a flexible work culture where employees, regardless of work style or location, stay connected with their colleagues, the company's culture, and its mission. For this role, you are required to be within commuting distance to our New York City, Tempe, or Los Angeles office, with the option for remote work.
Compensation Details:
Base pay for this role ranges between $65,520 - $90,090 per year, with additional benefits such as participation in the unlimited vacation program, annual performance bonuses, and employee benefits.
