RN ER Part-Time Days Role Overview
This position involves direct clinical patient care. The position entails assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit level basis. It also involves supervising staff to whom appropriate care is assigned. The position plays a key role in supporting the CNO to ensure top-notch, safe, and suitable nursing care, the competence of clinical staff, and proper resource management related to patient care.
Responsibilities:
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
Certification
Required: Must currently hold a license, certification, or registration to practice the profession as mandated by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy. CPR
