Server/Assistant position at Taphouse 23

**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for highly motivated servers to join our team and facilitate all operations in the main dining room and outdoor dining. You will be asked to work with other front of house employees to create unparalleled guest experiences from the moment they enter through their departure.

Responsibilities Include

Be the ultimate guide to all guests dining experience

Maintain complete food knowledge

Efficient table maintenance throughout service

Deliver food with care and explanation

Manage your section and maintain all service standards

Input all orders correctly

Reconcile checks in a timely manner

Maintain accurate financials throughout the shift; including comps, voids, etc.

Assist with clearing and resetting tables

Perform opening, closing, weekly side-work

Assist Food Runners and bussers when needed

Correct cash handling on all checks throughout the shift

Responsible for all financial transactions completed

Qualifications Include

Prior server experience

Passion for food and beverage with a desire to learn more

Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays

Ability to multitask and communicate effectively

Ability to remain professional in difficult situations

Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long hours

**Compensation Details**

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $650
