Job title: Lead Carpenter

Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. This individual will possess 5+ years of experience in high-end residential carpentry, with expertise in reading architectural drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to line out crew members and subcontractors while maintaining our quality standards. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

Provide leadership and guidance to crew members and subcontractors
Ensure accurate documentation across all field systems
Communicate effectively with field crew, subcontractors, clients, and partners
Participate in quality control and plan site production expectations daily

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong ability to follow instructions, take notes, and perform tasks designated by management. Additionally, you should be an active listener, ask for help when needed, and suggest solutions to improve processes.
