- Truck Mechanic experience.
- Ability to diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Experience with truck alignments a plus.
- Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build or acquire knowledge to improve or develop skills.
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and effectively deal with difficult situations and or people.
- Negotiate and secure cooperation daily from a variety of individuals.
- Perform truck repairs.
- Perform alignments on various vehicles.
- Assist teammates with other duties as assisgned.
- Perform tire repairs, mount/ dismount tires, etc.
- Ensure the team maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers.
