Koch Fertilizer is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our fertilizer shipping and storage terminal located in Fort Dodge IA.This role operates on a 4/10s schedule with overtime and on call as needed Monday – Thursday
Champion the Principle Based Management philosophy to develop the capability of the maintenance team Drive culture within the team Troubleshoot maintain and repair equipment to achieve optimal performance levels using precision maintenance best practices tools techniques Performing preventative corrective maintenance on industrial process equipment Applying problem solving methods to identify root cause eliminate failures Cross-training assisting in maintenance partnering with operations Working with operations maintaining teams to identify prioritize maintenance needs Experiment new technologies systems/workflows challenge status quo expand knowledge fleet provide optionality process Improve develop implement maintenance process improvements efficiencies Anticipated travel up to 10% trainings collaboration support other sites
