    About What You'll Work On:

    ● Managing administrative functions for the South San Diego Learning Center (e.g. filing,

    copying, scanning, mailing, etc.)

    ● Assist in managing scheduling phone lines, session cancellations, sub and break coverage

    ● Verify incoming new patient paperwork is completed

    ● Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner

    ● Check and respond to company emails

    ● Responds to questions and request for information by staff and families

    ● Generate Canva, Excel or other related program documents to create requested documents

    ● Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling

    for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment needed

    ● Maintain front lobby space

    ● Assist in planning and set up for center social events

    ● Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating

    needed

    supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies; restocking supplies as needed

    ● Other duties, as requested

    Qualifications:

    ● Availability M-F 10:15am - 6:15pm

    ● Ability to "think on your feet" and problem-solve on the go

    ● High level of planning and organizational skills; high energy; excellence driven; strong

    communication skills; team player

    ● Familiarity with G Suite a plus

    ● Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations

    ● Excellent customer-oriented attitude

    ● Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
