Job DetailsLevelEntryJob LocationNorthwest ClinicMust be able to follow up with patients who have disengaged from services or fail to show for their intake.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years experience providing behavioral health services (i.e, assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of an individual's behavioral health issue) in an agency, to an individual or in a field related to behavioral health.
Bachelor's degree in a non-behavioral health related field plus one (1) year experience providing behavioral health services.
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field, no experience necessary.
Additional Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver's license with a clean or acceptable driving record.
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background.
Available Shift:
Wednesday 7am - 8pm, Thursday 7am - 8pm, Friday 5am - 6pm, Saturday 7am - 11amThis is a Safety Sensitive Position.
