We are hiring experienced retail managers to lead our Retail Sales Teams in Connecticut, Louisiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,Texas and Virginia.
Responsibilities
- BUILDING A POSITIVE CUSTOMER AND GOAL-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT.
- Interview hire schedule supervise a team of Verizon Wireless sales associates meet or exceed both your personal and team key performance indicators and volume goals each month coach your team members every day so they can provide an exceptional customer experience develop your team members skills so they can be move up the career ladder at Your Wireless ensure assigned location is operating under specific guidelines of both verizon wireless and Your Wirelesseach week execute operational tasks located on store floor or back office as needed set example of personal professional conduct for employees others required: 2 years similar role retail environment preferably with verizon wireless other wireless business high school diploma equivalent preferred proof achievement prior sales roles leadership roles required ability lead coach inspire team members enthusiasm retail wireless technology products customer service ability travel various locations assigned district needs dictate strong communication interpersonal skills self motivated goal oriented strong attention detail accuracy able work evenings weekends holidays flexible schedule must age older able provide proof work eligibility us willing submit background check responsible for all aspects store operations including but not limited to employee relations inventory control cash handling loss prevention customer satisfaction safety security compliance data entry training development planning budgeting forecasting profit improvement financial analysis market research competitor intelligence product knowledge stock ordering receiving merchandise disposal shrinkage reduction company events marketing promotional activities etc
