    Production Operator – Greensboro, NC

    What defines this job?

    • Perform assigned functions, processes, and procedures that meet customer orders specifications, quality requirements, and production standards
    • Assigned functions may include blasting, cleaning, stripping, fixturing, inspecting, and assisting machine operators and other departments as needed
    • Load and unload customer products into machines (if assigned) while handling parts with care
    • De-fixture batch loads after processing
    • Carry out basic visual inspection on parts after processing
    • Other Duties as assigned

    What do we ask?

    Previous experience in Manufacturing or other related field. (2+ years preferred.) Mechanical, Electrical + Troubleshooting experience a plus Familiarity with machine operation, manufacturing tools and equipment. Strong critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Good dexterity skills, able to handle precision machined parts. Able to read instructions in English and read documents as small as 8-font size. Position is working 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM, a 2, 3, 2 schedule (Mon-Tue, Fri-Sat-Sun, Wed-Thurs). Able to sit/stand during an 12-hour shift. Some weekend work required. Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a preplacement criminal background check and physical screening. *Applicants will start on contingent basis through staffing service. Full-Time, Regular hire date to be determined days, based on production and performance.
