    Description

    About the Role and the Company

    Join the team at 4NW, an integral part of MWHC's Heart and Vascular Institute, standing out as the sole non-ICU unit catering to both Cardiac and Vascular patients. In this unit, cardiac patients present diverse diagnoses and undergo procedures in Cath Lab and EP Lab, receiving medical treatment. On the other hand, vascular patients opt for procedures and surgeries in the OR. Nurses collaborate closely with a team of Vascular surgeons & NPs and a designated Cardiac Hospitalist, embodying a close-knit community that prides itself on teamwork, mutual support, and effective patient care.

    Main Duties

    As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide adept nursing care to patients and their families, addressing needs ranging from straightforward to intricate. You will assess current and potential complex issues in specific patient groups, analyze changes in patient status, and devise suitable interventions directly or by guiding other nurses.

    Requirements

    • Hold an ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Prior experience in Clinical Nursing is desirable.
    • Possess an active DC RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification.
