Job Summary:
Designs, develops, and maintains automation frameworks and tools to improve productivity and quality across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Diagnose, resolves, and escalates service impacting issues.
Uses continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to support automated testing and deployments.
Develop monitoring and alerting platforms to detect and resolve performance impacting issues.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and provide solutions that meet business needs.
Provides technical support to the development team.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Leads the design and implementation of complex automation solutions that span multiple teams and systems.
Develops and maintains automation strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives.
Evaluates new automation technologies and tools and makes recommendations for adoption.
Automates and streamlines software delivery processes.
Implements advanced integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment strategies.
Develops and implements metrics and analytics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes.
Mentors and provides guidance to junior team members, promotes best practices, and maintains quality standards.
Acts as a subject matter expert in automation and provides guidance to other teams within the organization

Education:
Must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
