    • Lead a team of Territory Managers in selling Company's products and services.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to achieve sales objectives.
    • Develop and maintain sales plans and guide TMs in action planning.
    • Implement annual street sales operating plan and budget.
    • Collaborate with various roles to support sales growth and account penetration.
    • Coordinate product demonstrations and develop marketing strategies.
    • Communicate sales data and assist in planning district sales meetings.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor team members for performance improvement.
    • Maintain industry knowledge and evaluate product mix for customer needs.
    • Research potential customers and conduct targeted sales calls.
    • Oversee sales policies adherence and staff management.
    • Ensure appropriate staffing and minimize turnover.

    Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent experience.

    Related Experience: Minimum five years of foodservice sales experience and two years of supervisory experience.

    Required Skills: Problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Licenses: Valid driver's license required. DUI conviction within the last three years will disqualify candidates.
