The Associate Counsel role for LifeRTC is a high impact role with a diverse workload driven by business priorities.
The responsibilities include contracts regulatory analysis under the 1940 Advisers Act and 1940 Investment Company Act among others supporting actuarial services technology licensing corporate governance and international coordination.
+Responsibilities- Investment Management:
