B.S. electrical engineering or higher

Seasoned test engineer - 3 years minimum in component level test engineering field

Hands-on experience in lab

Familiarity with scopes, signal analyzers, DMM , etc.

Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) experience – especially Keithley testers

Solid understanding of device physics, wafer process monitor structures, discreet component characteristics

Understanding of Statistical process control (SPC) methodologies

Knowledge of various programming languages/OS (C/C++, Perl, Python, Windows, Unix , etc.)
