Legends manages all operations across ticketing, special events, sponsorship food and beverage and retail for Attractions partners.

VIEW BOSTON

View Boston, which encompasses the top three floors of the Prudential Tower, will feature immersive experiential exhibits and a bistro on the 50th floor, an indoor/outdoor cocktail lounge with a 360-degree outdoor viewing deck on the 51st floor, and a double high (24-foot) indoor viewing space on the 52nd floor. The destination, designed with the adventurer in mind, was created to be an attraction that welcomes locals, and domestic and international visitors, being the ideal stop as they begin their Boston experience. Whether they are interested in discovering famed institutions and coveted hidden gems through immersive interactive experiences or meeting friends for a sunset cocktail - their unforgettable Bostonian experience starts

THE ROLE

The Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the View Boston Restaurant and Bar environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
Serve food, soda, water, wine, cocktails, draft beer, and bottled beer.
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within View Boston Observatory.
Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Knowledge of food, beverage, and retail outlets within View Boston Observatory.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
Must be able to read, speak and write English Language to communicate with guests.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Must have 2-3 years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
