    Description

    Do you have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals? Are you a certified personal trainer who thrives on creating customized programs and motivating clients?

    Prolific PT Pros is searching for a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team In this role, you'll develop personalized training programs, guide clients through their workouts, and empower them to reach their full potential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess fitness goals, limitations, and medical history.
    • Design personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and goals (weight loss, muscle building, strength training, etc.).
    • Motivate and guide clients during exercise sessions, ensuring proper form and safety.
    • Track client progress, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate achievements.
    • Educate clients on exercise science, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
    • Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude that fosters a supportive training environment.
    • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere and communicate effectively with fellow trainers and front desk staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NPTI or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing personalized training programs.
    • In-depth knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Strong motivational and coaching skills to inspire and empower individuals.
    • Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to continuous learning.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
