    Must have:
    • Strong hands-on coding experience (this is the #1 requirement)
    • 10+ years of real development experience
    • Deep experience with: (backend) (frontend) PostgreSQL
    • Ability to write, explain, and optimize code efficiently
    • Experience working independently in ambiguous or new project setups
    • Comfortable with live coding technical interviews
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    What You'll Do:
    • Build compliance automation platform/tool to provide a comprehensive view of the compliance posture of the organization
    • Take ownership and participate in all aspects of software development activities
    • Introduce new insights from within or outside Adobe decisions that may improve current reporting tools at Adobe
    • Continuously improve and maintain the Intranet, SharePoint, Wiki, and other portals
    • Define and implement the goals of the team, delivering solutions that balance the needs of the business and the maintainability of software
    • Fast prototyping of ideas and concepts and researching the industry's latest trends.
    Required Job Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of hands-on design/development experience
    • Strong hands-on coding/development skills this is the primary focus.
    • Excellent coding skills in (backend), (frontend), and PostgreSQL.
    • Can efficiently write, debug, and test code; coding speed and accuracy matter.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively must be able to understand the environment and implement solutions without detailed direction.
    • Soft skills : Good communication, Collaboration with peers, Experience in architecture or design is nice-to-have, though not mandatory. xhuatnn
    • Familiarity with compliance projects or frameworks is a plus.
    • A college degree with a focus in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent experience
    • Writing reusable, testable, efficient code
    • Hands-on experience in API design and development with (Strong) NodeJS, using frameworks such as ExpressJS, Flask
    • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, & MongoDB
    • Understanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS
    • Strong understanding of modern development patterns: Agile, CI/CD, Kubernetes/Docker, micro-services
    • Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and Redux
    • Strong social, verbal, and written communication skills and strong planning skills
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
    • Ability to address and resolve problems using appropriate tools and techniques
    Other useful qualifications:
    • Knowledge of Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO, PCI, etc.) is a plus
    • Cloud SRE Experience is a plus
