Support refinery on strategic and long term studies and improvements.

- B.S. Chemical Engineering
- Prior Chemical Engineering experience in a petrochemical manufacturing facility
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in one or more of the following refining technologies: Crude Distillation, Fluid Coking, Alkylation, Reforming, Hydroprocessing, Hydrocracking, Fluid Catalytic Cracking, Light Ends Distillation
- Willingness to provide off-hours support of abnormal and non-routine operation
- Ability to physically enter process vessels (towers, drums, reactors) for internal process inspections during equipment maintenance
- Experience with unit turnaround / maintenance downtimes and shutdown/start-up technical support
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong management, communication and team working skills, through a combination of formal training and experience
