$80,000 - $85,000 per year
Onsite M-F in Moncks Corner, SC
Main Point-Of-Contact onsite for troubleshooting technical issues - will train another technician long term as well
Technologies/Skills
Required - Top 3:
2+ years in a lead or manager position
Desktop & Printer Break/Fix
Cisco VOIP and Switch support
Basic Windows Server Skills
Scripting experience is a huge plus
Typical Day to Day:
Individual will be responsible for supporting about 300 end users that have desktops. Will be in the office 5 days a week. Will be responsible for desktop support, phone system support, replacing Cisco Switches, basic Windows Server Administration, and Active Directory.
Years' Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:
5+ years enterprise support experience
