We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Data.

Reporting to the COO, the Head of Data will be responsible for leading data-driven decision-making across the organization by providing teams with the data infrastructure, pipelines, tools, and insights they need to make informed decisions .

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior executives, growth/marketing, product, engineering , GTM, and finance, to proactively identify opportunities and improve outcomes by leveraging key market, business, and product facts.

ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the company's data strategy, ensuring that data is at the forefront of decision-making across the organizationProactively, and in partnership with the functional organizations, identify areas where data can be impactful to GTM, Ramp;Taking into account the company's product, buyer journey amp; sales motion, market context, and specific needs for metrics and analysis , you will build efficient and scalable data pipelines and interactive insights and visualizations that enable data-driven decisions across Weights amp; BiasesManage, mentor, and develop a team of data scientists and data platform engineersContinuously assess the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and adjust as necessary to ensure maximum impact Original jobs :
