    Duties:

    Phase 1:
    Evaluate Current State

    Conduct Stakeholder Interviews.
    Perform Data Collection and Analysis.
    Evaluate Current Workflows, Resource Allocation, and Performance Metrics.
    Conduct a Gap Analysis.

    Phase 2:
    Design Shared Services Model
    Develop a Conceptual Framework.
    Conduct a Cost-Benefit Analysis.
    Create a Detailed Design Blueprint.
    Develop an Implementation Roadmap.

    Phase 3:
    Implementation of the Model
    Develop a Detailed Implementation Plan.
    Conduct Training Sessions for Staff.
    Roll Out the Model.
    Conduct Post-Implementation Audits.
